RO Compania Vanek a fost înființată in anul 2003 in Praga, Republica Cehă. Principalele activități ale agenţia au fost consultanța de Marketing, PR, Evenimente și Comunicare strategică pentru corporaţii, instituţii publice si persoane publice. Începand cu anul 2008 agenţia își extinde aria de activitatea prin departamentul Protocol si devine a doua cea mai mare companie din Europa în acest domeniu, preluând proiecte de organizare, implementare si promovare a evenimentelor din mediu Diplomatic și Filantropic. Un an mai târziu, în 2009 se deschide si departamentul de consultantă și training în domeniul Hospitality. Din anul 2010 brandul adăpostind sub umbrela sa un lanț de vile turistice de lux, cluburi de societate și două locații de tip Château pentru organizarea evenimtelor private. În 2018, Agenţia N.C. este, de asemenea, inclusă pe lista corporației, iar din data de 15 aprilie 2018 devine partea integrată a grupului.

Starting with 2008, the agency expands its area of activity through the Protocol department and becomes the second largest company in Europe in this field, taking over projects for organizing, implementing and promoting events in the Diplomatic and Philanthropic environment. A year later in 2009, the consulting and training department in the field of Hospitality opens. Since 2010 the brand is sheltering under its umbrella a chain of luxury tourist villas, society clubs and two Château-type locations for organizing private events. In 2018, the  N.C. Agency was also included on the corporation's list and since April 15, 2018 is an integrated part of the group.
